To submit photo's to the gallery the following steps must be taken.

1. Register as a member of the gallery (Contact gallery admin who will issue
a user name and password)

2. If registered, log-in

3. Use the upload facility on the gallery page

Further notes:-
Photo's will always be moderated before they appear on the site.  This may
take several days if moderator unavailable.

Photo's should have a maximum bottom edge length of 1000 pixels.
To achieve this, simple photo editing or picture editing software such as
"Paint" or "Gimp" should be used.
Photo's should be restricted to be of general interest to the villages or
visitors to it.
Any difficulty uploading pictures should be reported to the gallery
administrator who will look into the problem or upload the photo's for you.
