The Administration utilities are as follows:

Upload utility - enables the upload of content files by contributors. Content is created using a word processor capable of saving files in HTML format (Web Page) or other HTML editor. The file is given a specific filename with the extension ".shtml"
.
Download utility - enables contributors to download a specific content file for editing.
Archive utility* - as each content file is uploaded a copy is automatically archived in a specific archive directory on the web server. The archive utility enables administrators to download the complete archive directory as a single compressed file (zip) for backup purposes.
Purge utility* - after a while the size of the archive directory may begin to compromise the available space on the web server. The purge utility provides a mechanism to delete the archive directory providing it has been archived with the archive utility.
Add user utility* - is the utility used to add new contributors and administrators.
Remove user utility* - provides a way of removing a contributor or administrator from the authorised user database.
List users utility* - provides a way of checking the current list of authorised administrators and contributors.
Add contact utility* - is the utility used to add new contacts to the authorised contacts database. Any user appearing in the contacts database can then be listed on the contacts page for email contact without publicly declaring their email address.
Remove contact utility* - is used to remove a contact's record from the authorised contacts database.
List contacts utility* - this utility simply produces a list of all the records in the authorised contacts database.
Database administration* - this provides low level access to the central database and is only available to one nominated administrator.
Display Execution Log* - this provides access to the log file containing data relating to the execution of the admin utilities.
On line editor - this enables on the fly generation of HTML code from normal formatted text. It is accessed by clicking on the discrete editor button that appears at the bottom left of all pages after an authorised user has logged in.
Visitor Statistics - this utility enables contributors and administrators to see how popular particular pages of content are to the browsing public.
